YOUR RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Before moving your household goods, movers are required to give you the brochure version of this content and a booklet entitled Your Rights and Responsibilities When You Move. They provide basic information that will help you understand the documents that a mover will ask you to sign. The booklet also explains your rights if your household goods are lost or damaged. Need to reach the Department of Motor Vehicles? Call 1-888-368-4689.
Before making a reservation, compare your service options and ask questions that satisfy your moving needs. Our office professionals are certified by the Texas Department of Transportation and are well-trained in customer service. We will walk you through our services and prices whether over the phone or by email. It is our duty to make your life easier!
Once you choose our services, one of our friendly representatives will obtain all of the necessary information to complete your reservation. Upon completion, we will submit a confirmation restating all the information we obtained and listing all the necessary bullet points we went over within the conversation. From the point of reservation until the day of the move, we will be happy to communicate with you on any questions or changes to your reservation. A day before the move, we will contact you for a final confirmation.
It is our responsibility before every move to perform a walk-through for each truck in order to assure that it is working properly and we have everything necessary for an efficient move. Our fully equipped trucks have all the supplies and equipment needed to accomplish even the most complicated moves.
Our crew of moving experts has years of experience in the moving industry. We take pride in our employees and we guarantee their high-quality training. Each one is experienced in disassembling/assembling, packing/unpacking, loading/unloading and furniture rearranging.
We encourage our customers to be ready two hours before the scheduled time of the move and two hours after. Our movers’ team leader will contact you with the exact time of arrival and ask about parking specifics if necessary. Once they have arrived, he will go over the procedures and what steps will take place for a successful move. It is recommended that you let our movers know about any specific packing or moving requests. Once our movers deliver everything, they will place the items in your new home to your specifications.
We strongly encourage our customers to give us feedback after their move. Our success is based on any comments you provide. We will be happy to go over any additional questions you may have. If you enjoyed your experience, we’d love for you to tell your friends and family about your experience with our company—or post a review about us on such online review sites as Yelp, Google, Angie’s List or other social networks. Thank you for choosing Point A to Point B Moving, hope to hear from you soon!
